Got some good news today, I've been chatting with ACE about this briefly back and forth for a few months now, and got this reply today...

It's not reflected on the ACE site yet, so we don't know the new expiration date. But looks like we'll be good to go! Hopefully the program hasn't changed, it's a great setup as is.

I don't know when ACE updates their database... If it's a nightly thing, weekly thing, etc. But it will likely be another 3 years. Or is it 5? I might be getting the timeframe confused with NCCRS. But at any rate, if it is "resolved" like the email indicated, I imagine it's not just a temporary thing like another month extension.
Hopefully we'll know tomorrow. But we'll have to wait and see.

right now it's reflecting as extended for another month 
That doesn't really seem like the issue is "resolved," so hopefully this is just a temporary thing and they'll put in the permanent date soon.

Dang, this sucks to hear. Are there any further updates? I'm taking ALEKS right now, but I won't be putting the credits into use until late May.

As long as you finish them before 2/28, you'll have no problem transferring them in May, even if they don't extend the expiration out further.
