Yes, it's personal preference really... People think differently, a major number may think the MBA is a better degree, but in fact, it's the one that's more broad than the MSML or MAOL. That's what I would say for the MBA as it's too generic, unless there are concentrations within the offering as all it is, is a business admin degree with random business classes added to it.

Organizational Leadership is just that, it's focused on Leadership at the business level, it's more focused than a generic MBA. That goes for the MAcc, MSM, MSML, etc as they fall under Business, some people like to specialize in something other than a generic MBA, that's where these degree come into play as institutions who have AACSB or ACBSP accredit them.
