UMPI Accounting BA

Hi Everyone!
As some of you know, I am a long time member of this forum. Four people in my life (myself included) have been able to get degrees thanks to this amazing forum!

I am writing because I am considering a career pivot into Accounting and going the CPA route. I examined all of my credits and I need 6-7 Accounting core classes to be able to take the CPA.

There are two routes I could go, just take these classes at a California Community College or take some classes at a California Community College and the rest at UMPI to get the Accounting BA to boost my resume.

I am more interested in the ladder.

Degrees I have:
ETA&M (formerly TAMUC) Org Leadership
WGU MSML
UCA PHD Change Leadership 70% complete -- I am pausing this for now, but the program gives you ten years to finish so I am not stressed.

I will be taking the community college classes online. To complete the Gen Ed for UMPI I just need to do a Sophoa Lab which I am working on. But I wanted to know based on this path, what are the easiest classes/path for me for UMPI?

My goal is to do UMPI in 1 semester so I want to take as many classes at my Community College that are difficult as possible.

Also to note, I cannot take the accounting classes at Study.com because the CA CPA does not accept them...

Because you have a prior bachelor’s degree (from TAMUC), your gen eds are waived at UMPI.

You're kidding!!!!!!!! UGH I wish I knew this before I spent the money on Sophia!!
