I believe I answered my own question. Looks like either of ALEKS statistics courses Intro to Statistics or Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences, or the Principles of Statistics DSST will satisfy both - i.e. STA201. Any suggestions out there as to which one is preferable, and/or other options?

I can't compare ALEKS to DSST because I've only used ALEKS for the Intro to Stats. I'm terrible at math but I was able to finish it in a week. Also, you can use the coupon for a free 2 month trial!!!

If you're terrible at math, then I must be horrendous. It took me about 3 weeks to do the ALEKS Intro to Statistics course. But I would have to say, it is pretty straightforward and stuffage.
