Hello guys! This is an excellent site!
I need to turn to you guys for assistance and guidance.
I have an R/A accredited Bachelor's Degree. I would like my Master's degree, but have no money at all towards one. I just want one really for resume purposes only.
Do you guys know of any online/distance learning schools that offer tuition-free Master's degrees that are at a minimum state authorized to issue degrees or in process of accreditation? I have looked at Nations, but am awaiting their status and I prefer a degree in Criminal Justice or counseling or something close to that.
Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!

Indeed it is, Rvadog. Well said! This
same poster has been looking for
freebie and
no-work degrees on forums for a long time. Here's a quote from him and the Moderator's reply, from another site back in 2010:
Q.
"My question to you is this: How can I find a reputable, not necessarily accredited, distance eduation school here in the US or Canada to award me a Master's Degree, primarily based on my accomplishments, prior learning, etc..?."
A.
" Here's the short answer: You can't. Such a program does not exist."
Over two years since - and it hasn't stopped him looking. Sad.

I would like a totally free online BSBA, preferably one where I wouldn't need to take any tests or read a book.
Oh, and when Santa Claus come this year, can he bring me a winning lottery ticket?

For free education, try one of the many open source university options. For an actual credential, you'll have to pony up some cash.

Gosh, after 2 years, he could have cut enough lawns and delivered enough pizza to have the thing paid for.

Uh --yes, I guess he could, Jennifer - but I kinda think he's a bit past lawn-cutting and pizza age. From a casual reading of his posts, uh - here and there on the Internet, I gather he's about 38 years old. Here's another quote from that
same other-degree-forum thread:
"I work as a Magistrate Judicial Officer for the Supreme Court in my state..."
No end of surprises, huh?

This is a little funny. there must be two hotDillons in the world.
I am no judicial officer. I am female and i am 42. I did not know I would be made fun of with such a legitimate question. there are many schools looking to go tuition free so why is this a crazy question.
whoever is over this site please just terminate this thread for me. The people that have commented are obviously not up to date or speed on things.
thanks anyways.

I think Obama has some free stuff in the works in his second term. Not sure what yet. Could be free college though.
