Which DSST exams are counted as Arts and Sciences for Excelsior?

I'm currently 20 credits away from finishing my BS in Liberal Arts at Excelsior. I need 15 of those credits in Upper Level Arts and Sciences section. I had 2 questions:

1)Does my Capstone course count as a 3 credit upper level Arts and Sciences class?

2)Which DSST exams count as Arts and Sciences? Is it every exam that's not in the Applied Professional section as listed the excelsior handbook? I was thinking of taking criminal Justice, Money & Banking, Business ethics and maybe an ECE exams....would all these exams count as Upper Level Arts and sciences?

Also, someday maybe a MS in Forensic Psychology, just for fun.   Oh, and a BS in Animal Behavior.  And, maybe when I'm 85 a PhD in something fun.
