This was a huge factor in me deciding to take online classes. I need grades on my final transcripts, not P/F -- or whatever is used for CLEP's, etc.

I honestly think you might have a difficult time if you decide to not take classes and want to apply to graduate school -- especially schools that have a GPA requirement (which most do, generally 3.0/4.0).
