Troy University has a free three credit course for June or July titled "Leadership 101." Students must pass a challenge exam at the end of the course:

"For students who pass the challenge exam and enroll in Fall 2020 or Term 1 2020 at TROY, this course can count for three credit hours as a LDR 1100, Introduction to Leadership."
So it looks like you would have to actually enroll at Troy for more classes in order to get credit for this one for free.

Clarification may be needed, MNomadic. My understanding of your quotation is different from yours. To me, it means that if you DECIDE to enroll at Troy, you can use the credits from the course, but not that you'd only get credit if you enrolled in Troy.
