Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences - TESU

I'm looking at getting my BS in Health Sciences from TESU/Rutgers.  Has anyone here worked on this degree and know the in's and outs?    I'm currently an EMT and working on an AS in Emergency Medical Services at a local State College.   I'm currently sitting at 46 credits.   I'm curious if anyone has experience dealing with this program that is a joint degree program between TESU and Rutgers?     Would they transfer my Ace credits like TESU would or would I fall under Rutgers transfer rules and be forced to take a bunch of additional classes because they wont take most of the Ace Credits?

This is one of those cases where you're just going to have to ask. The page says you have to complete TESU's GenEd track, which suggests that TESU's transfer rules should apply for the GenEds, but that's really shaky ground. Also, it says you have to be registered for courses in "each regular fall and spring semester", which doesn't really fit with how TESU does things.
