I have about 30 credits from a community college, 22 Credits from Russian and Hebrew ACTFL (ace approved language testing). Looking to get a degree ASAP.
Whats degree would be the easiest to finish? using FEMA credits and some additional CLEP/DANTES?
Thanks much!

TESC will accept up to 25 FEMA credits as free electives for a degree. You can use 15 FEMAs for your area of study if you go after a degree in Homeland Security or Emergency Disaster Services. Be aware that you have to have experience in the field for the Disaster Services degree (I'm not sure about the Homeland Security one).
If you're looking for a fast degree, getting a BA in Liberal Studies or History and using FEMA as your free electives will probably be the best path for you.
Excelsior College also accepts FEMA but you must have them put on a transcript through another college. This adds time and expense. I'm not sure of the process for that, you can dig up multiple threads to answer any questions you have for EC.
