Hi and thanks!
Coming from Europe, where one would never be able to bring in three-fourths of a degree as transfer points or complete a bachelor's without any thesis, I have so far not faced any questions about its legitimacy. Moreover, my degree was already used to successfully go through several "local" university application rounds (incl. Finland, France, and Switzerland), and same there, no problems whatsoever!
The only thing that I did was to not include the length of my studies on my Resume. In Europe, it is by no means possible to complete a bachelor's degree in the time I did, so I prefer to just state the year of conferral. As an entrepreneur myself, I can understand why one might start asking questions if someone comes in with a degree that was completed in a swift of time (instead of 3-4 years)...
Also, UMPI is a RA, B&M university of the UMaine system, so even if there will ever be serious questions or evaluations, any of their degrees will remain to be the real deal.
