Thanks a lot, EI2HCB. Yes, I got it sorted out. Zenurez, a DF member helped me with the stamps and postage. Before then, I had written to Saylor, explaining to them my situation and requesting if I could pay to them via paypal or credit card so they could send the transcript on my behalf. Lo and behold, they responded and offered to handle everything for free. They've sent the transcript and Zen's request would have been received by now. Wondering whether they'll send two transcripts to TESC. By next week or so, I should get a confirmation from TESC that they got my Saylor transcript.
Everyone on this forum has been very helpful one way or the other.
