A few more things I <3 about SL:
- Free copies of transcripts sent directly to college(s) and/or self upon request
- Super fast & polite (and usually accurate) CS response to just about any questions or issues I expressed -- by submitted ticket, chat, email, or phone
- Lightening speed approval of requested ACE credits [when applicable]
- [Some] open book exams. I study a lot, even for alternative credit courses (including taking notes & printing out flashcards), but still stress about finals. I so much appreciated that an open book final helped lower my stress level during the proctored exam -- and it certainly didn't cause me to get any 100% scores, lol.
