could you be more specific, please? I know I have a few problems with them, the biggest being they will not give me UL Business credits for BSAD-398 Personal Investment Analysis (stock & bond) from a 100+ year old B&M school. Because it has the word "personal" in the title, they will only allow it as Bus-101 Personal Finance (balance-your-checkbook).

That doesn't sound to pleasing... The name TESC sounds so much better than Excelsior College, that's the only reason I'm going with TESC. Plus EC not accepting English Comp w/ Essay.

Countless reasons. Right at the moment, graduation. I was told that if I get my transcripts to them by March 30th I MIGHT graduate in September!!! I passed exams in December that have not even been updated in their system yet!
They are slow, and they don't care. Their main response if you have a problem is basically "tough luck". So, I say without hesitation or apology that they suck - avoid them. Why give money to a place like that when EC has such a great reputation?

You might want some other criteria for choosing a school.
EC has their own English Comp exam, that has about a 70% pass rate.

whoa! That's scary, I was told by a TESC advisor that if I finish all my classes and have all outside transcripts in by the end of March that I could graduate in July.

I'm feeling ya Brian. Same situation concerning transcripts. I have 11 tests since December that have not been added to my transcripts. It's a total crazy situation. I honestly think they do this on purpose if you are testing out all/most of your degree. I don't know if it is to discourage people, or just to bleed people for time, so they will have to pay another years tuition.
I hate making assumptions about the school, and understand that I get what I pay for. Plus, knowing this is a pretty much "self service" institution, but COME ON! Can't these people just update our degree plan within a few weeks. Not months! Some people have commented that TESC has thousands upon thousands of people to service. That would be a reason for the bad customer service. Well, if they can't handle thier student load, they should not be accepting new students.
As far as the graduation thing, that is ridiculous:mad: I would call back and speak to Dr.Keeling. Heck, I would keep complaining up their chain of command, if needed. Reading other peoples postings on similar circumstances makes me realize that the only way to get anything done at TESC is to complain. How sad.
Keep pushing on! Don't give up. You are at the end now. Just keep calling them until they are sick of ya

Turns out that they have to not only receive them but process them as well, before the deadline.
