I am on the last leg of a 78 credit MS in occupational therapy at CSU Dominguez Hills. My last 9 credit field work internship is scheduled for this spring and graduation in May of this year. That is followed by the national OT licensing exam in June. Still plenty of studying ahead. I have begun researching doctoral programs but I am pretty sure my spouse has had enough my school engagement for the forseeable future.

i think this has been answered elsewhere, but i can't find it. Are there any 'name' schools that will accept a totally tested-out BSBA as consideration for a Master's program? i will finish this spring/summer and want to roll right into grad school, but i will have 120 test-out credits. any thoughts?

See this post about Yanji and Indiana U's Marketing MBA: Can you get into an MBA program with a degree from the big 3?

thanks JohnnyHeck. At this point, I am unable/unwilling to take any sort of classes to create an actual GPA. I guess I will have to choose between no Master's degree or one from TESU. Any thoughts on how a MS in Management (from TESU) is viewed in the real world?

If you have a good GMAT score, great experience/recommendations, and write a good SOP, you might well get in somewhere. I would contact the ones you are interested in and ask them this exact question. Even if you can't get into a "name" school, you certainly have other choices besides TESU.

You're right - that was a poor attitude by me on the subject. I will call around and ask questions...will let the forum know if I find out anything worth sharing.
Thank you.

If you search vigilant enough you will discover many Brick & Mortar schools with good to great online programmes. ENMU.EDU , LSUS.EDU, Western New Mexico Uni, Valdosta State Uni. and many many more great affordable options.

? That's kind of a leap. There are many thousands of schools. I did not fully test out of my BA degree, I took 30 credits with TESC, however I was accepted into every grad school I applied to.

Further thoughts: What is it that you think you will get out of "name" school as opposed to other options? There are two very real ones.
1) Because you were accepted and were able to complete their program, you will instantly be presumed to have brainpower - the raw material of choice for most employers at large corporations because fast learners are preferable for obvious reasons of efficiency.
2) Some corporations' managements, usually regional ones, are highly influenced by an "old boy network".
Now neither of these "advantages" are really applicable to mid-size or start-up companies. They do want #1 above, but aren't swayed by a "name". They want to see it demonstrated and verified by a combination of resume', applicable references, and interview performance.
If you can target the type of industry in which you wish to make your career, then your path could be found by researching the top executive officers' academic and work backgrounds.
Good luck.
