OK, on 12.15.2017 I was conferred a second BS degree.  I transferred in 116 of 120 credits.  Some of my credits were old.  I could have transferred in 117, but I did not chase down a one-credit course that the VA was going to pay for anyways and only took me two days to complete (INL102).
 
The Big 3 are the best deal for BS degrees going.  In this case, it was Excelsior College.   The other two also have similar costs.  In higher education costs this is a great deal for second degrees.

$510.00 INL 102 (P)…….It took me two days to complete it.  This could be transferred in.

BS in Business (1st)
BS in Homeland Security & Emergency Management (2nd)

My second degree was using the GI Bill.
