Princ. of Management CLEP vs. Supervision DSST
#1
I am studying now for Principles of Management CLEp test and I needed one more credit to finish my bachelor's degree. Who feels that I can take both tests the same time, this one and the Supervision test DSST?

I think you can definitely study for them side by side. There is a lot of overlap.

Good luck -

I absolutely agree - there is a ton of overlap between the two. You can definitely do both. Just be sure to check out the DSST guide to the Supervision test to make sure you have covered anything that is not on the CLEP test. I took both within days of each other and was so glad I did. Otherwise I would have had to re-study the same stuff over again!

Thank you.

Would you, or anyone happen to know if Thomas Edison would accept both as free electives? Wouldn't they say that they can not take them both because of overlapping?

I don't think you would have any problems at the big 3. It seems like a ton of other people have gotten credits for both these exams. Plus, even though the material on the test may be similar, the courses they are supposed to equate to are not the same.

How much did you have to study for this?
I am thinking of taking it this week.

I studied a lot. I started studying on Wednesday or Thursday night, and I took it on Tuesday. I would stay I studied for about 18 hours. As long as you know all the IC cards by heart- or most of them, I would say that it is enough. I also took the peterson's test and they helped me a lot. The test was very comfortable, I felt good while I was taking it.
