Studio Art Online

I am new to Degree Forum, so I hope this is the right place to post my question.
I am searching for an online studio art course that is regionally accredited at a community college or university. It can also be offered through correspondence study.I live in California but am willing to take the course in any state. To complete my degree I need to take one of the following: representational drawing, portrait drawing or figure drawing. I can afford around $200 per unit. Any help would be appreciated.

AR 206 Studio
A foundation studio course for two-dimensional design fundamentals. This course satisfies part of the core requirements for the Art Major in preparation for research in two dimensional studio areas including: Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Photography and Fiber. It is a requirement for Art Education Majors and is a required core course for the Art Minor and Elementary Educator with an Art Emphasis. This course is also required for Business Majors emphasizing in Advertising. As a core requirement, this class is recommended for freshmen and sophomore level students.

AR 207 3D Design
An introduction to three-dimensional design concepts and sculptural form.

AR 207 Studio II
An introduction to three-dimensional design concepts and sculptural form.

Tuition is $600 each total for the first and third options listed (online courses), $495 for the second option listed (a print distance learning course). All are 3 sh.
