I was all ready for my test today for Foundations of Counseling. the computer froze twice on me at question #12. The staff could not get anything going even after calling prometric. There was "something wrong" there also.
Now, I go to San Diego without this test under my belt. I was hoping to start on another subject upon my return. But with my work schedule next week, I don't know when I am going to be able to take this test.
Sorry guys, I just had to VENT!!!

Wow, so sorry to hear that! Prometric was pretty slow this morning, I was wondering if something was wrong on their end...

Wow, that is a bad situation! I am sorry to hear that. Is there anywhere else you can take this exam? I'd hate for you to have to waste any study time. Getting ready for a test once is plenty of work.

I was told that I would have the money refunded back to me. They "hold" the tests for 7 days. I won't be able to take it until I return from San Diego this next week. I could go somewhere else, but the testing center that I went to is not requiring for me to pay the registration fee. The guy that was there was extremely kind and apologetic, stated that he would call Prometric and explain the situation and I could reschedule at my convenience.
I fly out early in the morning, otherwise, I would take this test before going to the ariport, which is on the way to the testing center.
I hope and pray everyone else's testing experience goes well.
