Can anyone share their experiences with TESC as compared to EXCELSIOR OR COSC?

Excelsior seem the most flexible so far but they are pain as far as getting information not being enrolled. they have evaluated my transcripts but don't seem to give me much more info other than that. i am having a problem because some of my schools were not regionally accredited at the time but now are.
