TESC just processed a few more FEMA courses that I completed and noted a link I haven't seen before in my evaluation. I've seen older lists that they used to email out but this one is hosted on their site.
Here is the link:
http://www.tesc.edu/degree-completion/do...review.pdf
Although it is an August 2012 update on the PDF, they noted it just now on my transcript so they must still be using it. They told me to "please take note of review dates as all reviews are date dependent". Watch the dates and notes and you'll find a bunch of free credits
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

Hey sorry, little confused here. So is the entire PDS certificate accepted for credit at TESC? I thought FEMA still offers IS-120, Intro to Exercises, right? I see an asterick on the page. And so credit isn't offered for that anymore???

They're still giving credit for IS 120, they just notated that the course has been updated to IS 120.a though you must have IS 130 as well to get credit for it.

That's why I haven't gotten my "congrats, you passed" e-mail after taking Intro to Exercise? I was wondering about that...

The switch happened awhile ago, it should not effect the receipt of your certificiate by email. I know the classes that I've taken recently it's taken 3-4 hours to receive the certificate email. It makes me wonder whether or not your test was actually processed or if you maybe input an incorrect email address.
