does anyone have any input to give?

You don't say what psycology courses you have already taken and what levels they are. We would need more info to be of much help. For your Free electives look into Free FEMA credits. For the general electives look into CLEP/Dantes etc.
Some of the others may be possible with TECEP, or ECE exams.

Have you had an academic evaluation from TESC? It's not absolutely necessary but it was worth the $75 to me to get an eval. There are many here that will really get you headed in the right direction if you'll provide the info they need.

yes, I have had the TESC eval done and thats how I came up with what I posted. Do you think I should post that?

Here is a list of what Ive already taken at a local CC. I would like to 'test-out' of the rest and was wondering if there anyone who can help me plan the rest of my degree? Advice/suggestions of courses? Thanks so much!
