Also if anyone here has gotten an invitation from TESC about this class, please share anymore details on it.

You can complete the form online and submit it via email. If you have any questions, feel free to email Heavin@tesc.edu.

Sincerely,

Susan C. Davenport, PhD

In order to be eligible, you must have 90 credits applied toward your BA degree, have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and be an enrolled student.

LIB-495 provides engagement in a student-centered, content-related learning
experience that serves as a summary and synthesis of courses in a student's
undergraduate academic career. Students select an area of interest related to their
academic studies and engage in an activity leading to a research project, creative
project, or applied project reflective of comprehensive knowledge gained in
undergraduate studies and demonstrate their knowledge of the outcomes of the
Bachelor of Arts degree. A capstone presentation and paper culminate the course.

Just received the same invite yesterday. I'm going to pass on this one, but I think it is a great opportunity for someone to save some serious $$$ on a TESC course that will give them credits toward GPA. Just looks like alot of work. I personnally don't have time for something like this, plus I believe it is like a Pilot Program. You give feedback through the levels of the course. I will wait for my capstone requirement in Grad school.
