TESU: Strategic Mangement from Penn Foster denied?

Here is what I got in response when trying to confirm by credits would transfer in for the BSBA in Comp. Sci:

"All of the courses in your message are approved for your degree with the exception of the Penn Foster course, Strategic Business Management. Per a pending decision from the Provost's office, students are no longer permitted to complete this requirement via transfer from an external source." 3/24/2016

Just want to save someone a few dollars if they plan on paying for this class soon.

Your milage may very but I would speak to an academic advisor with TESU before paying/studying/etc.

The assistant dean told me I can take as long as it's before the decision is officially made. So I started the class already.

you better save that email and write them back appending to that email. I sent my transcripts and then sent an email letting them know that they received the transcript. My email also contained an email chain where they approved my Strategic Management class from PF. Today I got response saying my file is with adviser to update the new transcripts that were received by them. Let's see what happens.
