Yes. It did for me anyway. In fact, you should be able to use either the SL Intro to C++ course or the Study.com C or Java programming courses to fulfill the CIS programming language requirement now.
However, I don't know if any of those courses will meet the requirements of the BACS Intro Programming course. The OnlineDegree.com course seems the most likely to do so.
