So I hate Shmoop. I wanna cancel them but I don't wanna have $88 go to waste.
I'd still like to get at least ONE course done in the next 3 weeks. Something that TESU accepts for college credit under General Electives.
Was looking at US History 1492-1877 - maybe that's an easy one?
What do you got?

I didn't feel that history class was easy, but I'm not so good with history. I believe that someone said they were good with history, but the questions were too specific.
It depends on what you know... I would say the lowest level math courses if you're not too rusty with math.
Otherwise personal finance or psychology if you know either of those.

I read on here that Professional writing, journalism 101 and history of technology were fairly straightforward.

I did the original 3 history courses on there and I feel they are easily doable (1 a week). I cut and pasted every page from the lesson and used the search function on the test. Make sure you paste as the source so you can retain the embedded links. Shmoop is great about stealing content from other sites.

So, I decided to try Shmoop a couple weeks ago. I hate it too. I'm doing the e-commerce course. All those links. Some even with pop-ups and adds everywhere. I began to wonder if Shmoop was getting paid to use the links. So much material, with no indication what they really want you to know. I'm definitely going to have to force myself to finish it so I don't waste my money. I want to learn something, not copy and search, so they are not for me.

I got it as well and hate it. So I decided to just see what I could knock out to try to get something for the money. I did the Professional Writing course in one sitting. Now, I’ve always been good in writing classes so it may just be me but I was able to pass that one fairly easily.
