So I applied last Tuesday and have yet to get any sort of acceptance email from TESU welcoming me to the school or my student id.

I'm super anxious to register for a TECEP to avoid the Cornerstone and it feels like TESU is dragging their feet on admitting me?

I pay $75 to apply, I expect to get a formalized quick response.

I sent an email to admissions, and they have acknowledged receiving my transcripts but haven't responded about anything else.

When exactly will I get an official email from TESU accepting me, assigning me a student ID???

Unfortunately our family experience with applying at three other colleges has shown it may take up to 6-8 weeks at some places to get an answer. Especially if there are other transcripts/ACT scores etc that need to be evaluated.

I went back and checked my application from last year to give a bit of insight.

(Calendar days, not business days)
Day 1 - I received an automated message saying application submitted and another message shortly thereafter that payment was received.
Day 3 - I got a message saying my payment had not been received, unless I had sent it, in which case disregard this message.
Day 6 - Accepted for admission.

I applied last Monday night. Still nothing. I emailed them Friday and heard back that it takes 3-5 business days, and they were closed Friday. So, this is Wednesday. I emailed again. Nothing back yet.

It may be that they are all occupied with the upcoming catalog change, and enrollment spike that may or may not come with that.

With that said, almost every process i've went through with TESU has been fairly slow. I think alot of this was my expectations. When I planned to knock out a 4yr degree in a year, the inefficiency in processes that a school has were magnified because I had accelerated the timeline of the process 4x.

Makes you feel for the poor kids who apply to competitive schools and wait by their mailboxes for 9 months!.....

To be fair, I emailed them all week. They probably got tired of me asking for a status update.

Did you two send them all of your transcripts? I applied but haven't sent them anything yet as I would like to have all my courses done and in ACE Credit Registry before I send those same credits to them. I think I'll receive something next week or two, but I want to be enrolled before the capstone requirement is in place. I don't really care for which catalogue I will be locked into.
