You need to contact TESU and talk to an advisor. Once you get your credits and transcripts submitted and approved from the advisor, they will give you the authorization to pay the $2000 residency fee THEN you will be able to apply for graduation via the portal THEN they will send over your transcript to a graduation auditor for final approval.

Also, as others have mentioned, if you did not get your capstone APPROVED before the July 2016 deadline, you will need to take the TECEP from TESU in order to qualify for graduation. if that did not happen before that date, you will not be able to transfer everything in for graduation.

Honestly, setup a call with them and it will all go pretty smooth. I did the same thing but was able to transfer in the PF class before they changed in the rules. Seems like a lot but it was acutally not too bad except you will need to wait a good month or 2 for all the approvals to happen.
