Looks like the discounts are extended another year. The page has been updated with the 2018/2019 fees, and they stayed the same! This is VERY good news!

Per the updated 2018-2019 tuition pricing schedule linked above, Study.com students should be paying in-state tuition rates regardless of where they actually live. However, where it lists the discounted tuition rates for the comprehensive tuition plan, the Study.com discount prices are $1,169 less than in-state tuition. It looks like NJ residents should pay $7,519 while Study.com students only pay $6,350.
That is the same discount we had in 2017-2018, so either the existing Study.com contract is still in effect (or was extended without changes) or they haven't updated the rate examples. Though the latter would be odd since the rest of the page was updated with 2018-2019 info.
Either way, you'll know for sure if you contact them to pay for the tuition.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23
