So, I'm on the tail end of finishing up my BSBA with TESU. I'm trying to figure out the best cost/speed plan for finishing up my Gen Eds.
A few notes:
- I'm currently at 21 required Gen Ed electives, to account for the Cornerstone waiver and the 1cr waiver for the free Ethics course
- I've already filled all my Free Electives (and those can't transfer anywhere else in my degree plan obviously)
- I'm doing one of the TEEX courses to fill 1cr in my Nat/Phys Sci category, and I'm operating under the assumption that the spare credit will be moved into my Gen Ed electives.
- I hate math so don't mention ALEKS. :p
What I've taken:
SC Vietnam War Intro: 3cr
SC Civil War Intro: 3cr
Planned:
TEEX Cybersecurity for Business: 1cr (leftover from Nat/Phys Sci)
TEEX 2: 2cr
TEEX 3: 2cr
Saylor Intro to Sociology: 1cr
SC Health Science: 3cr
SC Environ Science: 3cr
SL American History II/another easy Gen Ed: 3cr
Would that work? Would Saylor's Intro to Sociology transfer into TESU and would it duplicate a planned Sociology class I'm taking from SC? Am I making this too complicated on myself?
I always left Gen Ed Electives alone because I figured it would sort itself out eventually but now I need to actually plan in what I'm doing.
Feel free to critique, judge, applaud, etc.. I have no idea what I'm doing, haha. Just trying to make December grad.
