TESU has said the Penn Foster Strat. Bus. Mgmt. course will transfer in as the capstone IF you have enrolled in it (the Penn Foster Course) by July 1st.

This is correct, so whoever is on the sidelines in wanting to get the PF course done, you still have time. Apply to TESU and ask for approval, they'll give you the generic version of a response mentioning that they're reviewing it and should be accepted if you enroll before July 1.
