I have 3 general ed credits left. Are there other free, easy options like Aleks or The Institute (done both of those) that can get me those credits. I've spent a lot of time searching but it seems like some of the older options no longer work like Kaplan and TEEX (for general ed). I'm actually in an older catalog (2014) I need to get this over with. Thanks for any direction anyone can point me!

Is there a specific general education course you need or is it just for the gen ed elective section? I don't know of any free ones but there are a couple Saylor exams you could take. I think the Political Science course is gen ed because it comes in the same slot for Civic Engagement. I doesn't duplicate American Government so you can take both. That would just be $25 for the exam. The material is free.

Yeah I guess I should clarify. I don't mind paying some just not over $100 as that's what the substance abuse dsst I was gonna take would be. It can be any general ed.. guess I was just seeing if there was a simple online option that I haven't discovered yet.

Other posts I read said they count as free electives now, unless that's wrong?

If you first do their courses to study, Modern States will pay for CLEPs.

My TEEX went into free electives. Well, first they went onto "other" credits, then mysteriously shifted to free electives. My gen ed was not full at that time, either.
TESU BALS Humanities, thanks to this place!
