TESU BSBA in Accounting or BS in CyberSecurity?
#11
Cybersecurity is always mentioned as one of the fastest growing career fields and there's a lot of money in most of these jobs, but it's not something you just get a degree in and land a job. You should have the experience before even going in for the degree. Not work experience, but you should be knowledgeavle with advanced computer topics and security principles. It's different than a business degree.

Also, I feel like there are students from other schools who get a "B.S. in Accounting" who might be considered more than the "B.S. in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting" which is what TESU's is. But you could often land a job anyway.
The two degrees are the same thing. A BSBA in Accounting is the usual accounting degree you get at even top business schools.

Definitely not the same thing.  A degree in accounting will have more credits in accounting (sometimes a lot more).

I just looked at 3 state colleges in CA, they all require between 28-34cr AFTER taking Accounting I & II.  WGU's BS in Accounting requires 9 courses (~27cr) after Acct I & II.  TESU only requires 18cr.

If you're going into Accounting, more courses in Accounting is a much better way to go.
