TESU BS in Professional Studies
#1
Does anyone have a degree plan for this major, mostly just the Track A/Professional Career Track and  Associated Professional Studies Courses/Supportive Professional Studies Courses?  It seems like a Business Administration degree is better/more prestigious, but my son is really drawn to this degree since it seems like it is more "well-rounded."  It seems like the TESU degree is different than most Professional Studies degrees as those are usually called Bachelor of Professional Studies, not Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies.

A brief background- high school senior with 21 ACE credits who is planning to go on to get his Masters for Bible/Theology because he wants to go into some ministry field (either Pastor or missions work; possibly working for a non-profit).  People recommended he gets his undergraduate in degree in something other than Bible/Theology so he can work in the "real world" while he is getting his Masters.

People have recommended everything from Communications, Management/Leadership, Psychology, Business, and Liberal Arts, and he is drawn to aspects of each of these fields and sees them all as helpful in his future in ministry.  When he looks at the Professional Studies degree, he sees that all of these fields are basically built into the major possibly giving him a little more knowledge/experience to bring to his future work.

Thoughts?   Would he be able to complete this degree entirely unconventionally (other than the capstone/cornerstone)?  He also prefers actual courses through Straighterline, Study.com, etc instead of tests like CLEP, DSST , etc so he would want to limit those.

Does anyone know equivalent courses?  I have put providers that might offer these courses, but I'm unsure if most will transfer as this course.
