Thanks for the effort to give some options, but why do you think I was not checking the options in Italy ? Actually, as I already said in previous posts, here in Italy is not possible to have an approach of competency based exams like the one offered for example by tesu. Furthermore, the options that you are listing are mostly at master level and I’m looking to get a bachelor in as short time as possible, exactly because I want after that to gain also a master. I don’t need the degree for working reason since I’m already working in a good position, thanks to a long career and a continuous education in specific technical and managerial areas. That said, if you have advice for a quicker bachelor degree that will allow after to enter a master it will be very nice.

Your quickest option right now is to "skip" the TESU option and go for a very basic UMPI BLS MIS option and get on the boat for a Masters I mentioned above. You can technically have a Bachelors/Masters combo for under two years and for about $15K all in... This is the best option I think, as it's a combo of cheap, easy, fast and gets you towards that Masters for admissions... Obviously, you need to take some Study.com courses for "computer science knowledge" and use them as gen eds/free electives, etc.
Another option is to do the UK OfQual Level 6 Diploma program and then ladder up to a Bachelors Top UP at any of the UK Universities that offers a top up. You can then take a Level 7 Diploma program and ladder that up to a Masters as well. This way, you have both a Level 6 & 7, Bachelors & Masters to show on your CV/Resume which illustrates you're laddering and upgrading those skills to a higher level.
Now, if you're in an even greater rush to get this completed. You may want to get in contact with Guglielmo Marconi University or another Italian University and ask if they would allow admissions into their Masters program after you complete TWO Spanish Propio degrees as they've been evaluated as equivalent to an Advanced Bachelors and a Masters (yes, I'm talking about the ENEB MBA/Masters in Big Data & BI in my signature).

I do not think that europe accept the option of 2 propios. Rules are clear in the legal sense and need a bachelor to go into a master since the approval of the Bolognia proces. No x years of university or x credits. In the past was doable since existed 5 years degrees that were the equivalent of bachelor + master. So you did like in the US you transfer some credits, but not the degree. Now you need a basic degree to get into a master.

Hi,
Thanks again for the clarification. The UMPI BLS MIS looks like a good option for me from time and also money point of view. I have still a couple of question:
. When I’m trying to get information in the UMPI online site, they are always blocking my request for not filling a us phone number. Do you think this will be mandatory ?
. Are you positive that the UMPI degree will qualify to get into a CS master degree ? As you could recognise this is my ultimate goal.
I am pretty sure that a BLS will not grant you access to most Master's in CS. Some MAY be open (like the Georgia Tech OMCS), but only if you transfer in the required prerequisites first. Most Master's degrees for CS do specify that you need a CS or IT degree to access the degree. The BLS in MIS is NOT even a a STEM degree, it's Liberal Studies. It'll just make things harder in the long run, IMO.

Hi,
Thanks for your comments. That’s totally something that worries me, because I also see that most of the university are asking cs bachelor requirements to access a master.
I'm always wary of telling someone to "just a an XYZ degree" in order to get a masters. 1) will that degree get you into a master's program? You'd better find out first; and 2) what if you don't end up getting a master's for whatever reason? Will you be ok with that bachelor's degree for a good long time?
This is not the same scenario as someone wanting ANY bachelor's degree as quickly or cheaply as possible - then, lots more options are on the table.
IMHO, if you ultimately want a CS master's, then you should be getting a CS bachelor's. This specifically applies to this degree (so, for instance, someone wanting an MBA does not HAVE to have a BSBA generally speaking, and I wouldn't suggest that if you have a bachelor's degree in something, that you get another one in business to get into an MBA program that does not require that you have a BSBA).

There are so many colleges/universities out there that provide entrance to their programs for those who don't have the prerequisites, they work on those during their conditional acceptance. Several of our board members got degrees that are not relevant to their Masters study and have gotten into the programs of their choices, these are not just some "small unknown colleges/universities" but into larger, more known ones...
Generally, you want to make sure you have most of the "check marks" filled for the requirements, it's best to match them all, but not everyone will have exactly those requirements fulfilled. Many degrees (except regulated professional ones that require certification and/or licensing), you do not need the same undergrad as your Masters. Don't let the unknown stop you from quickly completing your Bachelors and then go onto the "Major" for your Masters.
For those looking for a professional degree (such as nursing which is regulated, you obviously want a BSN and ladder up to MSN). An example for those degrees that do not... pretend there are just 3600 schools in the USA, pretend only 10% will take students that have ANY degree other than a BA Comp Sci into their Masters, you have 360 colleges to select from.
@OP, You're not the one "trailblazing" getting a Bachelors in Business or Liberal Studies" and then getting a Masters in Computer Science, this has been done before, and the two programs I linked you with, do not require you to have a Bachelors in Computer Science, for SEMO you get to go into the program by completing those two courses - Intro to Computers and Intro to Programming. Spend the two years getting the Bachelors/Masters combo...

The UMPI website is set up for US students. I can pm the YourPace admissions counselor who will let you know what they will need to apply. International students have a bit of a different process to go through. You won't want to apply until you're ready to begin classes at UMPI because you'll need permission to transfer in courses once you're enrolled at UMPI. Something to keep in mind if English is your second language is that UMPI requires a lot of writing. Most classes have papers and Milestones which are short essays. The course content is all in English and all of your work must be in English too. You may also need to take the TOEFL exam for admission to schools in the US. The YourPace admissions counselor will let you know what they will require.
Before committing to the BLS with MIS minor at UMPI I would look for grad school programs now since you know what master's degree you want already. You will need to find a program that will accept a BLS with a MIS minor because this is NOT a CS degree. Not at all. Not even close. I completed this minor with ZERO CS experience. There are schools who accept students into CS programs without a bachelor's degree in CS but you may have to take additional courses. This is something that's best to figure out now.

This. All of this. I'm now looking at an MBA program that has very specific requirements from undergrad work. Thankfully I have them now that I went back to UMPI for a second bachelor's degree. Without them I would be conditionally approved and have to take 4 classes before I could even start the MBA courses. Same thing happens often with CS and other fields.
