In the current catalog, TESU requires 18-20 "Elective" credits. INnthe past for the AA degree, electives were separated between gen. ed. electives and free electives, like they are for BA/BS degrees. Currently, it just says "electives."

Thomas Edison State University: Associate in Arts

Am I to assume these are free electives, or should i still focus on general ed. electives only?

I'm working on a plan for a friend.

They look to be Free Electives, since Section I is General Ed and Section II is Electives (which implies not Gen Ed). Also, if you look at the BALS, it shows Section I Gen Ed, Section II AOS, and Section III Electives (clearly Free Electives).

I really wish they would say Gen Ed Electives and Free Electives to be more clear!
