Ok, in that case I don't think that it will cover the TECEP's. I would definetly call and verify with someone at TESC just to be sure.

I'm fairly new here and I'm not attending TESC, but one thing that is often done at a B&M is that you use what's left of your financial aid for each semester to reimburse yourself for out-of-pocket educational expenses. Here's an example with really round numbers:
FinAid award for one semester: $3000 Expenses: 6 credits @ $200/credit: $1200 Textbooks purchased with FinAid: $500 Total FinAid Used: $1700 FinAid still remaining: $1300 Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Software you had to buy to complete a course: $400 Portfolio evaluation fee for your request for lifelong learning credit: $200 Reimbursement requested: $600 FinAid Office sends you a check for $600, and returns the balance of $700 to the lender. Now what a FinAid Office will consider to be a reimbursable expenses is up to them, but it may be worth a phone call. Hope this may be of some help. Jon
