Hey good folks,
So I completed my BA through TESC in June, and I'm currently working on an MA in Public Policy through LU, but I decided to apply to GWU for the MPS in Legislative Affiars, starting in January. I live here in DC so I figured it would be a cool opportunity. After applying for and receiving a waiver for the GRE, I was admitted into the program with no issues. I'm assuming it must not be very competitive, but it was still cool to be accepted into a "real" B&M grad school. So, TESC absolutely does the job in regards to clearing the "undergrad" hurdle and paving the way to grad school - old news to most of you but a cool reminder to some of our newer members.
Oh and FWIW I still plan to finish the MA in PP.... just at my own leisure, or perhaps convert my credits into a grad cert, if LU decides to offer one (they're considering it).
Best of luck to you all!

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

Congratz bud! That's what I plan on doing once I finish up at TESC. Apply to a Florida university down here. maybe University of Florida, University of Miami, Florida International University etc.
Did they require all pass transcripts? I'm assuming so.
Certification (ACA) University of Central Florida
B.A. (Social Sciences) Thomas Edison State University

Thanks folks!
Rebel - I do believe I'll go; the classes are on Capitol hill and the degree can be completed within a year. It just seems like too good of an opportunity to pass up, and I'm highly interested in legislative politics. Plus GWU's reputation is impeccable and they're very military friendly (Army guy here).
Ace - Great plan, the universities you mentioned are awesome. GWU did not require me to send in test scores - I wrote a memorandum explaining that TESC does not compile a GPA if no credits are completed through them, and included my cumulative GPA for all undergrad coursework transferred in. In my admission letter they only asked that I have one official transcript sent from TESC (they use unofficial transcripts for conditional admission on the application portal).
