I know this seems like a question others would have asked but I had no luck in the search feature. Does TESC accepts transfer credits of D or do they have to be C or better?

From the catalog:

higher as determined by the School in which they are enrolled,
with the following exceptions:
• All area of study courses must be graded C or better
in order to apply to area of study requirements.

Yes and no.
In my case they accepted a D toward my total number of hours needed for a degree, but they wouldn't let the class count toward 3 of the UL hours in Humanities I needed in order to earn a degree in Humanities rather than Liberal Studies.

I'm somewhat of a newbie, but my experience with this is: two classes with D's that might have been allocated to my required business courses, were placed in free electives, due to being D's. So my answer is yes, they will accept, but where they go on your eval., depends on the course and your degree.

Another data point to add: TESC does not accept foreign D credits unless they are from one of the few RA institutions outside the US, which are not really considered foreign. (like OU and AU)
