TESC eval question - ALEKS trigonometry missing

Not sure if anyone has had this before, but ALEKS trigonometry has been left off my evaluation.
Obviously I want to question them about this, but I'm not sure whether it's worth mentioning it now or after enrolment and I send another ACE transcript at a later date, when other classes have been added.

If it's suggested I question it now, does anyone have the best contact at TESC for this?

Trig will show up as pre-calculus at TESC. If you have both Trig and Precalc, you will only get credit for one. If not, it is probably just an oversight.

Contact The Office of the Registrar (888) 442-8372 and explain the issue. Are you sure it was on the ACE transcript? Was there a duplication? (Trig and Precalcus are both MAT-129.) If it was the only item omitted from others that were transferred, then I would call and ask the problem.


FYI, when you are enrolled and have issues such as this, you could call the registrars main number and ask to speak with the evaluations team. They are the one's who actually handle the incoming transcripts by deciphering, coding and updating student files. Not sure if you would have access to that group until you are an enrolled student.

It must be an oversight as I didn't do Pre-calc, just the Trigonometry and yes it's sitting on my transcript, I shall contact them on Monday
