I'm thinking of transferring credits to TESC to finish my degree. I have a lot of classes from University of Illinois (Springfield). All of my classes from there are 4 credits on the transcript. Will TESC accept them as 4 credits, or will they drop each class down to 3 credits like most schools have them? Examples: economics, abstract algebra, statistical methods, geometry, etc.

I kind of doubt it. This might not be the best example, but my 5-unit Chinese course was still transferred as a 5-unit course.
Were your courses semester hours or quarter hours?
You'll probably get someone with more experience to help you later on, but this is a start. It might be worth it to send them the units and find out for the $75 it will cost you.

They were semester hours. And now that I look at it, I have 4 and 5 credit courses from other schools too. (Penn State, community college.) I guess a 4 credit class is just a 4 credit class. I'm just trying to get a feel for what my transcript eval is going to say.

What you may end up with, is... say you have several 4cr classes that fall into the business CBOK. As most of those classes (Marketing, Management, Accounting 1 & 2, etc.) are listed as 3cr classes, they would give you the 3 credits for that class and then allocate the last credit to your business elective credits. After that was full they would allocate them to your free credits. Afterwards you may not get credit for that 4th credit. But honestly, I doubt if anyone has ever been in the position to have this happen. At least not in these parts.
I m edumakated thanx to distunce lerning.
