Should TESC Liberal Arts Capstone absolutely have to be taken as the last course at TESC or can I take it anytime?

Anytime does come with a clause though. TESC strongly recommends students to take it towards the end of their degree. I tried taking it earlier, but was informed that my academic evaluation should reflect at least 100 credits completed.
