The TESC new website design is missing a search feature

I wonder, why they did not keep the search feature. It may very well be due to the new changes, which may have elimated the need for the search feature. Most of the changes are good changes to the website and long over due.

One suggestion, if you search on google you can do the same thing this site does for it's search and still be able to seach TESC (or most other sites).
You type in a search term and then type in site:tesc.edu (no space to separate site: from tesc.edu). It takes Google a while to reindex sites sometimes but it appears both new and old links are on there. For an example I looked up my planned degree (communications) and found the new link. Look for web addresses that don't have numbers followed by PHP. The new links appear to be all end in .cfm (expect for files like a PDF). In general, google will index any site with pages not disallowed by a robots.txt file (in this case http://www.tesc.edu/robots.txt lists the disallowed folders). This site has the same feature too (http://www.degreeforum.net/robots.txt).
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

Type this in your search bar (or browser bar if you're using Chrome):
site:tesc.edu searchterm

The old search they had was terrible anyway.

I love the new redesign. Too bad they decided to do it after I graduated.

They put an immense amount of thought into the information architecture structure and usability of the new site. It really shows. I'm impressed.
Of course, they could have flung feces and it would have been better than the old site, so maybe it's not so impressive after all...
