So from what I understand, Thomas Edison is the only college that will accept all transferred credits from tests? What do you have to do for the other two if this is true?

Unless you are applying for a second degree, all your credits should transfer insofar they meet the degree requirements. For a second degree, TESC, Excelsior, and COSC will subject you to the "post-first degree" additional (30 or more) credits requirements which means not all your credits will transfer.
