I did not take a course for Research Methods. I took the ECE test called Research Methods . Not sure if that would work for your major or not--I am not a CJ major. I would call TESC and ask if this would fill the requirement. The test is $250-- but cheaper and faster than a course. Quite a few people on this board have taken the test and more info is in Specific Exam Feedback.

Ditto. I took the ECE which is Research Methods in Psychology, so I don't know if they would accept for cj or not. It would be worth looking into though.
