It seems like if I'm not mistaken that the cheapest route to go for those who are mostly testing out would be the EC Multi-source option where you pay $1095 and test away. I see on their site that there's an additional $490 per credit for tuition fees? I'm in the process of enrolling at TESC and interested in their per-credit tuition plan. I know it's been talked about a bunch on this site but i'm still confused. If it's $495 per credit 495 x 3 isn't that more costly than EC's simple $1095? Does being able to use TECEP/e-pack etc for residency req bring that cost down or something?? Thanks.

E-packs cost the same as courses - $491 per credit hour. TECEPs are still $111 each for non-residents (unless they raise the price a little for the next school year) under the Per Credit Tuition Plan.
