TESC: Once I get my financial aid info back, can I start at any time?

I will be working on my financial aid info for TESC in the near future. Once I get that info back, can I start at TESC at any time? Or, if I use federal student aid, will I have to wait for the fall semester? What about this summer? Do they start classes every month?

Classes for nearly all courses at TESC are monthly, so I would wait for a reply and start taking courses. Talk to a couselor first and get the ball rolling.
