TESC Int. Algebra?

Hi again,

So some of you may know I am trying to take my ALEKS Int. Alg. to transfer to ACE. I keep scoring in the 60s. So I took some weeks off to study properly.

I emailed TESC, and they stated that ACE has stopped accepting ALEKS.

I wanted to reconfirm with them, but have not gotten a response yet. Any info?

I still need that math credit to graduate.

Did you get any response from TESC yet? I was wondering whether you meant that TESC STATED that THEY NO MORE ACCEPT ALEKS even for those who have got credits before the current expiration/review?? If this is true, then it means that I am screwed.

Of course not. If you completed ALEKS before 10/31, TESC will give you credit.

Before 11/1 actually, because ACE accepts ALEKS courses for credit until 10/31.

I think as long as they are ACE recommended, yes you can.

You could also try the CLEP College Math for 6 credits (MAT 102/103), and TESC has a TECEP called Applied Liberal Arts Mathematics (MAT 105) for 3 credits.
