Hello People,
I'm looking for a way to knock of 2 TESC courses:
Cultural Diversity in the United States (SOC-322)
Research Methods in Social Sciences (SOS-492)
Any alternative credits out there? Anything but CLEP/DSST
Thanx in advance.
BS in Homeland Security. Thomas Edison State University. 2016
AAS in Environmental, Security and Safety Technologies. Thomas Edison State University. 2013

Well, there are the
Excelsior College Exams in Cultural Diversity (in the orange bar on the top of the list, click on "Next 4" to show the tests listed under Sociology) and Research Methods in Psychology. Like CLEPs and DSSTs, ECEs are also one-sitting proctored computer-based standardized tests at testing centers, here Pearson VUE.

Took mine at CSU Pueblo Independent Study
Colorado State University-Pueblo > Sociology SOC310 perhaps?
Course I actually took for culture was LL Cultural Geography
Colorado State University-Pueblo > Geography Relatively painless.
I believe their SOC492 might work for research methods.
You will be amazed at the high level of customer service if you go there. Self paced, about $500 a course.
University of Idaho IS might have an alternative under psychology or sociology
http://www.uidaho.edu/academicaffairs/is...psychology They are a lot cheaper at around $300 per course.
I would get approval from TESC before taking anything.
MBA, Western Governors University February 2014
BS Charter Oak State College November 2011
AS in EMS August 2010
I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.
