Hi all!
I took micro and macro before but TESC is not counting them. Who should I talk to in order to resolve this?
I am an enrolled student and they have several ways to contact them but I am not sure which way is most effective.
Thanks

Need more info. "Took micro and macro" how? A class? At a regionally accredited college or somewhere else like Straighterline? Did you pass?

Yes two individual classes at a regionally accredited B&M college, both passes. Excelsior accepted/applied them, TESC is not.

Was this done at the time of your evaluation? Just open up a help ticket and say that your course where not applied to your evaluation properly. It happened to me several time with that school. If they are for credit, regionally accredited courses they should be placed on your evaluation. Put it in writing.

Then it's an oversight, not a denial. (unless you are attempting to duplicate credit by also submitting CLEP exams). Easy fix, just send a help ticket.
